TARGETED GROUP THERAPY
Collaborate, Share & Bear Witness.

MY GOAL
I aim to support my clients to develop the tools and resilience to better cope with the world around them, be at peace with the events of the past and more confident about approaching the future.
Everyone has their own unique experience of life and what may be effective for one individual may not work well for others. I believe in aiming for personal, bespoke and sustainable solutions which allow my clients to come away from therapy better prepared to independently live their lives and maintain good mental health.
MY APPROACH
I am a person-centred psychotherapist by training however along my professional journey I have picked up some useful techniques from other modalities such as Solution-focussed brief therapy and CBT, which, where appropriate, I integrate into my practice to adapt to the needs of each client.
I have experience working with a wide range of different individuals of all different backgrounds and age groups and have found a real value in honest human connection. For this reason, I am quite a relaxed sort of practitioner, I don't get hung up on formalities and welcome any style of communication that feels natural in order to create a safe space for authentic self-expression.
BOOK A CONSULTATION
It's important that you feel confident that you are able to get the most out of therapy and choosing the right therapist can feel like a daunting task!
This is why I welcome anyone who would like a free informal 15-20 minute chat to give me call or drop me an email so that I can get a sense of what you're looking for and what working together might feel like.
Is Group Therapy
right for me?
Group therapy can be a great alternative to the traditional 1-to-1 counselling style of therapy. Working with a group can provide the opportunity to collaborate, connect with and support others going through similar issues.
Typically group therapy is open to people with a range of different issues.
I, however, run targeted group therapy sessions around specific issues, offering group members a more focussed experience in exploring issues important to them but to also better foster a sense of community and camaraderie with individuals facing similar challenges
All my groups are run online with a set minimum of 6 members and maximum of 10. No new members can join the join once the group has started and we ask for at least 75% attendance from each member.

Group sessions are held online via Google Meet and each session typically lasts 90 minutes.
Group members are expected to attend at least 75% of the full course of sessions and full payment is taken upfront to encourage good attendance and group cohesion.
All prospective group members must have an initial consultation to discuss whether the group is right for you.
If you feel like joining a group would be beneficial then please do get in touch for an informal 15-20 minute chat after which we can hopefully get you enrolled on your desired group.
